We’re ever so grateful for the opportunity to pack power meals for children and families in need within our Denver community. Food for Thought Denver provides “PowerSacks” of food each Friday to students at Title One schools in Denver, Colorado.
Each PowerSack contains enough nutritious non-perishable food to feed a family of four for the weekend. We were able to assist in our Catalyst Cares day out to help kids in our community and their families with a food source for the weekend.
Food For Thought Denver aims to bridge the weekend hunger gap for low income students in Denver, helping them to be successful in school by meeting their most basic needs.
